Volunteers are the backbone of The Addy. Whether you can spare a few hours a week or a day a month, your time helps keep the playground running for every child in Knottingley.
Play Session Support
Help during after-school and holiday sessions — supporting play workers, setting up activities, and making sure every child has a great time.
Events & Fundraising
Help run community events, BBQs, and fundraising days. From setting up gazebos to serving food — there's always a job to do.
Gardening & Maintenance
Keep our community garden and outdoor spaces looking their best. Green fingers welcome but enthusiasm is all you really need.
Cafe Help
Help in the community cafe — serving drinks and snacks, chatting with parents, and keeping the kettle on.
